Check this site out...if you are looking to run a 100k you wanna look at this.
it is a very basic site with information on running etc. it is interesting but it does not make you excited as there is no background picture. i would recommend a good background picture for the site and also some music of ska to download from it. the site should also provide ads for energy drinks so they can sponser.
